City Hall Room Rental
Meeting rooms in City Hall are available for use by certain organizations as approved by the City Council and the Mayor.  Any group wishing to use City Hall must complete both an application for approvial of eligibility and a rental agreement through the Mayor's Office. Eligible organizations include local non-profit, non-commercial, civic, charitable and religious organizations; governments and governmental agencies; corporate meetings of a non-commercial nature for training and similar purposes; national and state political party events.  Activities prohibited shall be electioneering or fund raising for all office seekers; for-profit sales or promotional meetings.  If you have any questions about the eligibility of your organization, please contact the Mayor’s office at (615) 451-5961.

Dining Room

Dining Room:

The spacious Dining Room accommodates 200 people comfortably for meals or business meetings.  The head table has a podium with microphone.  There is a piano on the stage behind the podium. Any meals or refreshments served in the Dining Room must be provided by the caterer for City Hall.  Arrangements may be made with the caterer once a room rental is approved and paid.  Room rental - Contact the Mayor's Office for pricing

 

Council Chambers

Council Chamber:

The Council Chamber is a large meeting room with dais and microphones and will accommodate 100 people comfortably in a business like setting.  Food may not be served in the Council Chamber.  Room rental - Contact the Mayor's Office for pricing

 

 

Conference Room


History Room:

The Conference Room will seat 14 people around the large conference table.  Refreshments may be served in the room.  Room rental - Contact the Mayor's Office for pricing
