Meeting rooms in City Hall are available for use by certain
organizations as approved by the City Council and the Mayor. Any
person or group wishing to use City Hall must complete an application for approval of eligibility, a
rental agreement and a
hold harmless agreement through the Mayor's Office. Eligible organizations include local non-profit, non-commercial, civic, charitable and religious organizations; governments and governmental agencies;
corporate meetings of a non-commercial nature for training and similar purposes; national and state political party events.
501C3 organizations may submit a tax exempt form to apply for a reduced rental rate. Activities prohibited shall be electioneering or fund raising for all office seekers; for-profit sales or promotional meetings. If you

Dining Room:

The spacious Dining Room accommodates 200 people comfortably for meals or business meetings. The head table has a podium with microphone. There is a piano on the stage behind the podium. Any meals or refreshments served in the Dining Room must be provided by the caterer for City Hall. Arrangements are to be made with the caterer, Carolyn Reed, 451-0405 at City Hall, or at home, 230-7550.
Dr. J. Deotha Malone Council Chamber:

The Council Chamber is a large meeting room with dais and microphones and will accommodate 100 people comfortably in a business like setting. Food

To secure use of any meeting room in City Hall, room rental forms must be completed, the appropriate fee paid and the use approved by the Mayor. The rental forms are available at the top of this page.
