City of Gallatin - Planning Division

The Gallatin Planning Division is responsible for long range planning and current planning and zoning. The Planning Division administers and interprets the Gallatin Zoning Ordinance and coordinates the review of new developments, including rezoning requests and approval of subdivision plats and site plans. The Planning Division prepares citywide and neighborhood plans intended to guide future growth and development.

Contact the Planning Division to obtain information about the zoning on a particular property, to report a zoning violation, or to obtain information about a particular project or public hearing notice.
